Refund policy

Our personalised storytelling products are custom-made and delivered digitally. Because each audio story is uniquely created for your family, we are not able to offer refunds once:

recording instructions have been sent, or

work has begun on your audio project

This ensures we can honour the time, editing, and creative work involved.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

You may request a cancellation before work has started. If we have not yet provided instructions or begun preparing your project, we may approve a cancellation and full refund.

Storyteller Participation (Important)

Each Duet includes space for up to two storytellers, and the price remains the same whether:

one storyteller records, or

two storytellers record.

This reflects the time and creative work required to prepare each project.
As such, no partial refunds apply if only one storyteller contributes.

Revisions

Because this is a seasonal, template-based digital product, creative revisions are not included in the Duet.

If you would like additional edits after delivery, these may be arranged as a separate paid service.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase more than one of the same product, please contact us straight away. Refunds for duplicate purchases may be offered at our discretion.

If We Cannot Deliver Your Story

In the rare event we are unable to complete your project due to an internal issue on our side, we will issue a full refund.

Change of Mind

Because of the nature of personalised digital services, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
