The Story Collection delivers all products and services digitally.
No physical shipping is required.

How Your Order Is Delivered

After purchasing, you will receive:

  • a link to your Welcome Kit

  • instructions for sharing with your storytellers

  • access to your private recording link

  • delivery of your completed audio product via a private webpage

All delivery is handled by email and digital access.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are clearly outlined on each product page.

For Christmas products:

  • Recordings received by the stated cut-off (e.g., 12 December) will be delivered before Christmas.

  • Recordings received after this date will be lovingly created from the return date listed on the product page.

If we expect any delay, we will notify you.

No Physical Postage

Because our products are digital, there are:

  • no postage fees

  • no shipping delays

  • no customs or international duties

Your gift can be delivered anywhere in the world.
