Your Storytellers can record whenever it feels right — before Christmas, during the quiet of January, or at any time throughout the year.
All recording portals remain open over the festive season.
Editing & Delivery
From 6 January 2026, I begin shaping each Christmas Memory Collection with care.
Once recordings from both Storytellers are received, please allow up to two weeks for editing and delivery.
If recordings are submitted over the holiday period, your finished Christmas Memory Collection will be delivered during January 2026.

You will receive a Welcome email and brief Questionnaire before receiving your dedicated recording link.
2. Share the link with your storytellers
They record from home on any phone or computer — no apps or downloads.
3. I craft their stories into a warm Christmas audiobook
Gently edited, subtly enhanced, and presented on a private listening webpage to be delivered anywhere in the world.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the process work? After purchase, you will receive a Welcome email with a brief questionnaire and a beautiful gift note to print and share at Christmas. Once the questionnaire is completed, I will send your private recording webpage — pre-loaded with five Christmas prompts — ready for you to share with your Storytellers. They simply tap the link and record from home. No apps or logins required.
2. Do they need to be tech-savvy? Not at all. If they can open an email, they will be able to record. The process is simple and intuitive, and the prompts guide them step-by-step. A phone, tablet, or computer with a microphone is all that is needed.
3. How long do they need to record for? Around 15 minutes each. There are five prompts inviting three-minute stories — relaxed, achievable, and never overwhelming.
4. When will the gift be ready? If recordings are submitted over the holiday period, your finished Christmas Memory Collection will be delivered during January 2026. At any other time of year, once I have received recordings from both Storytellers, please allow up to two weeks for curation and delivery.
5. Is the audio private? Yes. All recordings and final audio are private. Your finished Christmas Collection is delivered on a secure webpage, and only those you share the link with can listen.
6. Can I download the audio? Yes. Your listening page includes a download option for your family’s safekeeping and digital archives.
7. How many Storytellers can take part? Each Christmas Memory Collection includes space for up to two Storytellers. If your family would like to include more voices, simply add another Collection to your order.
8. What if someone is shy or unsure about recording? The prompts are warm and inviting. Storytellers can pause, re-record short sections, and jot down notes beforehand. Most people find that once they begin speaking, the memories flow easily.
9. What if the audio quality is poor? Everyday household noise is perfectly normal. I gently enhance and smooth each recording for clarity and warmth. If there is a significant issue (such as wind, a damaged microphone, or repeated interruptions), I will be in touch to discuss next steps.
10. What is your refund policy? Refunds are available before your private recording link is sent. Once the link has been issued — or once recording begins — it becomes a personalised, non-refundable service. If you need to cancel before this point, simply reply to your confirmation email.
